Water – fluidity and ease

In this practice we explore the water element through fluid movements and seamless transitions. We connect to inner support and cohesion, to go with the flow with ease and softness, balancing steadiness and lightness.

We connect to the wave like pattern of the breath from which we then initiate movement, threading poses together in a steady flow. We equally work into the hips and hamstrings, open the back and the front of the body, cultivate inner strength and fluidity of movement.


This class has a moderately paced flow and is most suitable if you’ve been practicing for a little while.

Options and modifications for all levels are included.
