A way to play, explore and have some fun linking together movements in creative ways.
These creative play sequences very much reflect my own explorations in my yoga practice.
Strength building and mobilising postures are all woven into one, and some movements or transitions might be unfamiliar. I recommend watching the sequence first (maybe just the first side) before practicing.
Place your screen towards the left side of the mat, so you’ll see me fully on the first side. We’ll be facing the side and back of the mat on several occasions :).
This practice doesn’t include modifications, and is not suitable for beginners. It includes poses like pigeon – absolutely doesn’t work for everyone’s knees – and headstand – absolutely doesn’t work for everyone’s necks… As always please do look after yourself and make sure your body feels comfortable, and you enjoy the practice.
