A way to play, explore and have some fun linking together movements in creative ways. These creative play sequences very much reflect my own explorations in my yoga practice.
This practice includes movement from all fours to a seated twist, gate pose (parighasana), side plank (vashistasana), crow pose (kakasana), headstand (sirsasana) and some twists and turns.
You might do your own warm up and limbering for hips, spine, shoulders and wrists.
The sequence doesn’t include modifications, and is not suitable for beginners. As always please look after yourself and make sure your body feels comfortable.
I recommend watching the sequence first (maybe just the first side) before practicing.
Place your screen towards the left side of the mat, so you’ll see me fully on the first side. We’ll be facing the side and back of the mat on several occasions :).
