Letting go of clinging and going with the flow

‘Freedom from wanting unlocks the real purpose of existence’. I feel lockdown and uncertain states of life really highlight where we attach to things – like our ideas around activities or festivities – and our resistance to making changes to what we’re used to.
We’ll try and use this practice as a stepping stone to letting go of clinging too tightly, and instead explore and go with the flow.
In this case we work with progressively deepening backbends – repeating the same shapes in different orientations in space. And we’ll open as well as strengthen the hamstrings. Stability always needs to be the prerequisite for mobility.

I give options and modifications for all levels.
