In this session we’ll explore internal and external hip rotation, and adduction and abduction of the legs. We’ll create stability and mobility in the hips and bring space into the hamstrings. We’ll play with the same shape in different orientations in space to understand the mechanics and alignment of more complex postures, building it up from the more simple to the more complex.
I give options and modifications for all levels.
