Hip and hamstring opening towards different variations of visvamitrasana

We gradually work into the hips and hamstrings with lots of variation of squatting (malasana), including some interesting squatting balances.

We open the side body where we explore movement with the breath closer to the floor and then in a half moon balance and a dropped triangle pose. The sequence journeys towards different variations of visvamitrasana with modifications given for all levels.
