Gentle flow and restore: mobilising joints and waving the spine

A gentle and delicious session, moving with the breath, limbering and awakening the whole body, finishing with a couple of restorative poses.

The theme for this class is the subtle internal system of the nadis with particular emphasis Sushumna nadi, the central and most important energy channel said to be running inside the spine.

We take limbers through the whole body, mobilising shoulders, neck, hips and legs, then find some movement with the breath to open hips, front and side body. We finish with a delicious supported backbend.
