Creating mobility and stability for wrists, shoulders, hamstrings

Outer circumstances are nothing more than adverse or favourable…Happiness can only come from inside of us. We take some time to reflect on what we’ve learned over the course of the year, what we are grateful for, and how we can cultivate happiness from the inside to carry as light and inspiration into the year ahead.

An energising practice to stabilise and also mobilise the shoulders, and work into hips and hamstrings. We explore internal connections of core and upper and lower body strength as we work towards balancing on our hands. Postures in different orientations in space utilise the same actions.

Options and modifications for all levels are included.
