This class has a moderately paced flow and is most suitable if you’ve been practicing for a little while.
We play with ankle mobility and strength in some creative low lunge transitions.
And we free the shoulders and also stabilise and strengthen them with various forearm-on-the-floor variations moving towards forearm stand (pincha mayurasana).
We balance this by opening side body and shoulders including a twisting / side opening trikonasana version, and wind down with a neck safe plough pose variation and viparita karani – a supported inversion.
