We use various method to strengthen the core of the body – the abdominals, but also the gluten and thighs, lats and serious anterior and connect that strength to the upper body. This work to stabilise the body is balanced by hip and shoulder mobilisation and heart opening.
The peak pose – a single sided crow pose with the free leg in the air – is a challenging one, but the journey towards it is accessible and playful, and the overall sequences well rounded and harmonising.
