This class has a moderately paced flow and is most suitable if you’ve been practicing for a little while.
We start and end with a guided journey through the body to release surface tension, and invite presence.
Then we exploring movement and ease into the hamstrings from all fours, before taking it into a standing sequence, challenging our capacity to balance when we move with the breath or stand on one leg.
We gradually make our journey towards front splits (hanumanasana), enjoying many different variations on the way and crucially balance hamstring opening with hamstring strengthening.
Options and modifications for all levels are included.
