We will move through a dynamic flow opening the hips and strengthening the shoulders as we move towards a twisted and untwisted version of koundinyasana arm balance.
There are some interesting kneeling balances thrown in on the way, some work to increase ankle mobility and wake up the soles of the feet, plus some fun rocking and rolling for leg and core strength and to massage the muscles around the spine.
This class has a moderately paced flow and is most suitable if you’ve been practicing for a little while.
