A journey towards hanumanasana with hamstring stretches and balances

The culmination of classes exploring the 5 Prana Vayu – the movement and direction of energy and breath within the body. We start exploring movement and easing into the hamstrings from all fours, then take it into a standing sequence that moves in all directions exploring our capacity to balance when we move with the breath or stand on one leg.

We gradually make our journey towards front splits (hanumanasana), enjoying and exploring many different variations on the way with modifications for all levels.
