Exploring hip stability and mobility, backbends and core connection – Creative Play

A way to play, explore and have some fun linking together movements in creative ways.

These creative play sequences very much reflect my own explorations in my yoga practice.

We’ll stay close to the ground at all times, but some movements could be confusing as we’re facing different sides of the mat. So, I recommend watching the sequence first (maybe just the first side) before practicing. 

Place your screen towards the left side of the mat, so you’ll see me fully on the first side. We’ll be facing the side and back of the mat on several occasions :).

This practice doesn’t include modifications, and is not suitable for beginners. It’s not necessarily difficult or inaccessible, but includes somewhat unusual transitions. As always please do look after yourself and make sure your body feels comfortable, and you enjoy the practice.
